[CSEMSmail] Reminder of CSEMS Board Meeting Tonight

Just a reminder that the Board of Directors of the CSEMS Council will be
meeting tonight at 7:00pm to handle normal business and formulate a
response to the Office of EMS' proposed regional consolidation plan.
