Office of EMS publishes position paper on regional council study	
 The Virginia Office of EMS (OEMS) has published a position paper on the
recently distributed Regional Emergency Medical Services Council Study
Final Report, prepared by ASMI, Inc. The report may potentially have a
significant impact on the EMS system in Virginia in the future.  OEMS
felt it was incumbent upon them to have a position on the final study
report, its findings and recommendations.
