We will posting the NEW version of the CGAP software 2.3 tomorrow (August 1)
on the grant page http://www.vdh.virginia.gov/OEMS/Grants/index.htm.  If you
currently have any grant information on your website please don't reference
the CGAP software downloads, we have been receiving emails from applicants
downloading software when we have not posted the software on our website
yet.  We are trying to prevent an influx of submissions that have previous
software downloads and are using that software for the grant cycle due
September 17, 2007.  It would help us temendously if you could link the OEMS
grant page website on your website to inform applicants that a new version
of the software will be used this cycle especially since online submission
ONLY will be accepted.  Let me know if you have any questions, thanks for
your help.
