Office of EMS software programs not presently compatible with Microsoft
Windows Vista

recently been receiving requests for technical assistance from users of the
Consolidated Grants Application Program used to submit Rescue Squad
Assistance Fund grant applications and from users of the Prehospital Patient
Care Reporting Program. Users that have purchased new computers since
January 30, 2007 have MS Vista as the operating system, in place of Windows
XP. Because of this new system, some users are experiencing difficulty
downloading CGAP and PPCR.  More...
