[CSEMSmail] "Super CE" Program Scheduled for March 24

EMS Council is proud to present the first installment in the new continuing
education program for the region.  On March 24, 2007, the Council will
sponsor a day-long "Super CE" program.  The program will offer eight hours
of both BLS and ALS continuing education.  This Super CE session is one of
six that will be offered during the course of the year.  The year-long
program will meet the Category 1 CE requirements for both BLS and ALS
providers.	

The program on March 24 will offer classes on advanced cardiovascular care,
pediatrics, splinting, head trauma, spinal trauma and diabetic emergencies.
The featured presenter will be the Regional Medical Director, Dr. Asher
Brand from Augusta Medical Center, who will present a program on pediatric
trauma.


This program is free of charge to EMS providers.  Registration is required
and may be done on our on-line registration page.
