Spanish for EMS Providers

is sponsoring a course in Spanish designed specifically for EMS providers.
The course will be offered six times over the next several months. Spanish
for EMS Providers is designed to provide EMS personnel with basic
communication skills for the Spanish-speaking patient. Emphasis is placed on
proper pronunciation, basic medical terminology, questions and basic
interventions, which will allow providers to better assess their patients
and document findings. Previous education in Spanish is not necessary.
