[CSEMSmail] AirCare Start-up Delayed

PHI Air Medical has delayed the start date of the AirCare Medivac service that will be located at the Weyers Cave airport.  The primary reason for the delay centers on safety issues with regard to the regional topography.  For a complete explanation, read the AirCare letter from Michael Norton, Virginia Program Director.
