[CSEMSmail] Update on Protocol Book Distribution

The CSEMS Council received delivery of the first batch of the protocol book update packets and was dissatisfied with the quality of the product produced by the printer.  The Council met with the printer on Feb. 7 to discuss the issues.  The printer is presently reprinting the entire job, which will delay distribution of the updates.  The printer advised it would be two weeks before they would be able to deliver the first batch of the reprinted packets.  The Council will keep the region updated on the progress of the project and distribute the update packets when they become available.
